EVA SAINT ships to all states within Australia and many countries worldwide.

You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped so that you can track the estimated delivery date of your items. 

Please note, during peak periods delivery times may vary.

We offer regular and express postage options. Regular postage is a flat rate of $10 and express is $15.

 

 

RETURNS

Change of Mind

EVA SAINT does not offer refunds. If you do have a change of mind we must be notified within 7 days of purchase. We will gladly accept your return in exchange for a credit note provided you have purchased your item at full price, the item is unused, unwashed and in original packaging with tags still attached. 

EVA SAINT does not cover shipping costs for change of mind items.

 

Faults or Discrepancies 

Please inspect all items upon arrival as we need to know of any faults or sizing issues within 7 days. If an item arrives in a faulty condition, we ask that you notify us via email at evasaintenquiries@outlook.com where upon inspection we will take the appropriate measures of either a refund or replacement if the item cannot be fixed in-house. 

Any issues raised outside of the 7 day requirement period will not be accepted. 

 

Sale and Promotions

All sales are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.
